KNOW-DUST by BAGKEEPER LLC

The New Patent Pending Know-Dust system

It is a 15-gallon tank which comes with one hose connected to the tank that in turn sucks up dust and small debris into the tank of water.  The other pipe connection on the tank is for the hose that attaches to the wet-dry vacuum (which is not supplied).

Included with order: one 15-gallon plastic tapered tank with 2" drain and necessary fittings; one steel tank stand mounted to a platform base with 4 swivel casters; one 2" hose needed to vacuum up dust and debris; two pipe adapters to connect hoses to fittings; one 2" 90 degree elbow; one 2"  90 degree street elbow.  Provided on the tank is one label which reads, "dust and small debris in"( this is where you connect the hose that you use to clean the floor or attach to your shop tools). Another label which reads, " too vacuum" (this is where you connect the hose to the wet-dry vacuum).

If you vacuum up hazardous materials you must use a ( HEPA FILTER ) to stop any chance of air-borne hazardous dust from escaping into the air.  Dispose of any contaminated waste in a safe and approved manner.

ATTENTION AIR COMPRESSOR OWNERS!!!

**New**   After running many tests with the Know-Dust connected to an air compressor’s inlet (suction) line, it really works well on filtering the air that is drawn into the compressor, no need to buy air filters as often!.

_______________________________________________________________________

We have a Patent Pending invention called "KNOW-DUST" which filters out contaminates in the air before they can enter the intake "suction line" of an air compressor. When contaminates enter an air compressor it results in down time and damage to the air compressor. This invention was designed for vacuuming up (or filtering dry-wall dust) with a wet/dry vacuum. It has been found useful in the filtering of sand, ashes, saw dust, flour, grindings of metal and other substances, it can also be used to filter the air of which we breath (i.e. welding smoke or any smoke for that matter). All the dust or debris stays trapped in the tank of water. When the water is dirty and needs to be changed just open the drain valve, empty the tank, rinse, re-fill with water and you’re ready to go.  And because the filter media is water it is a very cheap and plentiful.

This can be connected to any size air compressor. It can be used in any size tank from ten gallons up to thousands of gallons!!!

It really works!

Know-Dust III

The New Patent Pending Know-Dust system.

This is a smaller design of the Know-Dust system which is more compatible with the home user or the small business person.  It fits in most vehicles so it can be transported easily from place to place. Sucks up dust, sand, sugar, flour, dry wall dust, cold ashes, and etc., and the mess does not go into the wet-dry vacuum it goes into the tank of water. "The Know-Dust system", when you're done, just open the drain valve and let the water out, rinse the tank and you're done.

If you suck up hazardous material you must use a ( HEPA FILTER ) to stop any chance of air-borne hazardous dust from escaping into the air. Dispose of any contaminated water in a safe and approved manner.
